A former TV and Film actor and musician, he began his career in talent representation as head of voiceover and commercial print at Atlanta's People Store Talent Agency. Jeffrey later founded the nationally recognized voiceover agency, Umberger Agency. Prior to his career in representation, Jeffrey worked with Kris Redding Casting, and was a casting producer for programming on HGTV, DIY Network, and Fine Living Network. Additionally, he has provided voice coaching for on-air talent at CNN and NPR.

Richard Morales

Richard Morales brings nearly four decades of multidisciplinary engineering experience across structural and federal facilities engineering. He currently serves as Manager of Field Applications Engineering at Bull Moose Tube, where he leads technical field support for HSS, pipe, and tube solutions for national and international sales teams.

Throughout his career, Richard has held key leadership roles, including Director of Engineering at LB Foster Piling, Director of Major Projects at ARAMARK, and Senior Project Director at Phelps Dodge Copper Mining. He also served as Senior Project Manager for Lockheed Engineering and Sciences at NASA’s Johnson Space Center and White Sands Testing Facility, and Bridge Engineer at CALTRANS. His early career includes work as a Research Structural Engineer at the National Bureau of Standards, Heavy Construction Engineer at the San Juan Power Generation Plant, and Underground Mining Engineer at SOHIO’s Uranium Mine in New Mexico. Notably, Richard provided technical support for the Panama Canal expansion project.
Richard holds an MS in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley, a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico, and an Executive MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California, Texas, New Mexico, and Georgia.

Active in professional organizations, Richard serves on ASCE’s Heritage & History and National Program & Finance Committees and is Past President of the ASCE Georgia Section. He also sits on the Board of Directors for SkillsUSA. His numerous accolades include being named Georgia’s Engineer of the Year (2015), receiving the UNM College of Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award (2018), and earning the Whitney M. Young Jr. National Service Award (2020) for his work as Chairman of the Exploring Engineer STEM Academy. In 2022, Richard was recognized as GSPE’s Engineer of the Year in Construction.
