Cliodhna McCarthy is a product innovation leader with a passion for developing solutions that address the climate crisis. She began her career at Apple Inc. as a Product Design Engineer, where she contributed to the development of Apple’s suite of charging accessories. She later transitioned into a Senior Business & Operations Management role at Apple, driving operational efficiency and product innovation.

In 2022, Cliodhna pivoted her career to focus on climate solutions, joining WEX’s Electric Vehicle (EV) team as Lead Product Manager. In this role, she develops products that help businesses simplify their transition to EV fleets, reduce carbon emissions, and achieve sustainability goals.

Cliodhna holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, with her husband and is expecting their first child in May 2025.

Taja Dockendorf is the founder and Chief Creative Director of Pulp+Wire (www.pulpandwire.com), a leading branding and marketing agency specializing in CPG brands. Beyond her agency work, Taja is an avid investor in emerging brands and co-owns several CPG brands, blending her passion for entrepreneurship with creative strategy. Her leadership at Pulp+Wire is marked by visionary thinking, team motivation, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative company culture. Taja’s insights regularly appear on The Brand Alchemist Podcast and platforms like Forbes, Fast Company, and Entrepreneur Online, where she shares her expertise in helping brands grow through thoughtful design and strategic storytelling.
