Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Agreement
By becoming a sponsor for the 50 Over 50 Awards, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms outline the agreement between the 50 Over 50 Awards ("Event Organizer") and the sponsor ("Sponsor").

2. Sponsorship Packages
The benefits associated with each sponsorship level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Supporting) are outlined in the sponsorship prospectus. The Event Organizer reserves the right to adjust sponsorship benefits if necessary, while maintaining the overall value.

3. Payment Terms
• Payment Due Date: Full payment of the sponsorship fee must be made within 30 days of signing the sponsorship agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late Payment: Failure to provide payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of sponsorship benefits.
• Refunds: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, except in the event of event cancellation by the Event Organizer.
 

4. Sponsorship Benefits Delivery
Sponsorship benefits, including branding, marketing, and visibility opportunities, will be delivered according to the sponsorship level selected. The benefits will be provided within the following timelines:
• Platinum Sponsors: All benefits will be delivered within 30-60 days after the event, including media exposure, post-event reports, and digital presence.
• Gold Sponsors: All benefits will be delivered within 30-60 days after the event, including media exposure, post-event visibility, and website recognition.
• Silver Sponsors: Benefits, such as digital presence and media mentions, will be delivered within 30-60 days after the event.
• Bronze and Supporting Sponsors: All benefits, including branding and digital presence, will be delivered within 30-60 days after the event.
The Event Organizer will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Sponsor receives all agreed-upon benefits within the designated timeframes.
 

5. Use of Sponsor’s Name and Logo
Sponsors grant the Event Organizer the right to use their name, logo, and trademarks for promotional purposes related to the 50 Over 50 Awards. All materials displaying the Sponsor’s logo will be pre-approved by the Sponsor, where possible.
 

6. Event Cancellation or Postponement
• In the event of postponement, sponsorships will roll over to the rescheduled event date.
• If the event is canceled, sponsors may receive a full refund or transfer the sponsorship to a future event.
• The Event Organizer is not liable for additional costs incurred by the Sponsor due to event cancellation or postponement.
 

7. Sponsor Conduct
Sponsors must conduct themselves in a manner that aligns with the values and mission of the 50 Over 50 Awards. The Event Organizer reserves the right to withdraw sponsorship benefits or remove a sponsor from the event if behavior is deemed inappropriate.
 

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and media produced by the Event Organizer as part of the event remain the intellectual property of the Event Organizer. Sponsors may not reproduce or distribute event content without prior written consent.
 

9. Liability
The Event Organizer will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Sponsor or its representatives during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Sponsors are encouraged to have their own insurance for their personnel and materials, if necessary.
 

10. Force Majeure
The Event Organizer will not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under this agreement due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions).
 

11. Amendments
The Event Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Sponsor in writing.
